Investigations

 

The Russellville Police Department Investigative Division is currently staffed by two Investigators. One of the Investigators is assigned to all Criminal Cases, and one Investigator is assigned to the Franklin County Drug Task Force. As the department Investigators it is our responsibility to investigate all crimes Felony or Misdemeanor that may occur in the City of Russellville. We also assist other Agencies in Franklin County as well as any other Agency with any Investigation in that they may require assistance of the Russellville Police Department. One of the Investigators is on call at all times 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to any Felony or Misdemeanor  crime weather it be day or night. Our Investigators are well trained in all aspects of Criminal Investigations to include Homicide, Rape, Burglary, Theft, Forgery, Narcotic Investigations etc. It is the goal of the Investigation Division to work for the community and Citizens of Russellville to bring justice to any criminal involved in any illegal activity, and to assist all victims in recovering property, arresting and prosecuting offenders, and assist in making all victims traumatic experiences easier to deal with.
